Thanks to a strategy based on excellence and a commitment to the development of its own technology, the company becomes the European leader in the bearing system. 1995 Perfiles Especiales Selak Hot rolling mill Integration of value chains Selak, specializing in the hot rolling of special profiles, is established in Guipúzcoa, ensuring a strategic supply of raw materials and improving production process flexibility. 1999 Savera Logista Europe Elevator guides rails and accessories Service excellence Savera Logista Europe is established also in Guipúzcoa, supplying contract-based elevator riding path systems and a wide range of customized services. 1999 Emesa Spain Mechanical components Diversification into mechanical components Emesa is a Zaragoza-based company specializing in the manufacture of mechanical components for elevator shafts using advanced sheet metal processing technology. The company also assembles a range of elevator cars, counterweights and accessories. 2003 Savera Innova Technology Center Innovation The Technology Center of the Group, Savera Innova, is established in Navarra, specializing in manufacturing technologies and providing technical support to customers. 2017 Savera Group Elevator guides rails and accessories 50th anniversary The Savera Group celebrates its first 50 years, a turning point for international consolidation and the deployment of a sustainable improvement strategy based on ESG criteria and digital transformation. 2019 Savera Components CZ Mechanical components Growth in Europe Savera Components CZ is established in Ostrava, Czech Republic, specializing in the manufacture of mechanical components. The company’s primary focus is on the customization of mass-produced products, with the objective of meeting the specific requirements of the Central and Eastern European market. 2022 Savera Germany Elevator guides rails and accessories Service excellence Savera Germany is established with the objective of providing high-quality, customized and flexible contract-based solutions. 2024 Savera Eva Asansör Mechanical components Growth in Europe Savera has formed a partnership with Evatek to establish Savera Eva Asansör in Istanbul, Turkey. The objective of this venture is to develop new value propositions for customers in the EMEA region. CHINA 2003 Savera China-Shangwu Elevator guides rails and accessories Growth in China Following a series of successful investments in Beijing in the 90s, a joint venture, Savera China-Shangwu, is established in Jiangsu Province in 2003. It is currently the largest elevator riding system production facility of the Group in the world. 2007 Savera China-Tianjin Elevator guides rails and accessories Growth in China Savera China-Tianjin is established in northern China, acquiring Savera China-Beijing as the largest elevator riding system production facility in North of China. 2008 Savera China-Guangzhou Elevator guides rails and accessories Growth in China Savera China-Guangzhou is established in southern China. 2011 Shengtong Mechanical Manufacture Elevator guides rails and accessories Growth in China Shengtong Mechanical Manufacture, a manufacturer of elevator riding systems, is integrated into Savera Group. 2014 Savera China-Chongqing Elevator guides rails and accessories Growth in China The establishment of a new plant in western China, Savera China-Chongqing, has positioned Savera as the foremost supplier of guide rails in terms of both volume and service quality within the Asia-Pacific region. 2015 Savera China-Chengdu Elevator guides rails and accessories Growth in China Savera China-Chengdu is established with the objective of providing additional customer service in western China. 2017 Sanyong Machinery Mechanical components Diversification into mechanical components The Group diversifies its portfolio by acquiring Sanyong Machinery, a Hangzhou-based company specializing in the manufacture of escalator components. 2019 Xuanli Savera Hot rolling mill Integration of value chains Savera reorganizes its former hot rolling mill company Zhejiang Hitone Steel, integrating vertically with a major steel producer and establishing Xuanli Savera, a special profile rolling mill in Tongling, which ensures the supply of raw materials throughout the region and export. 2021 Sunrise Machinery Parts Elevator guides rails and accessories Growth in China Savera enters into a collaboration agreement with Sunrise Machinery Parts, manufacturer of elevator guide rails. INDIA 2005 Savera India-Mumbai Elevator guides rails and accessories Growth in India Savera enters the strategic Indian market by establishing a joint venture in Maharashtra state, Savera India-Mumbai, which manufactures elevator riding systems and provides service to the country’s main customers. 2012 Savera India-Chennai Elevator guides rails and accessories Growth in India A new manufacturing center is established in Tamil Nadu, Savera India-Chennai, with the objective of enhancing quality and customer service. 2016 Emesa India Mechanical components Diversification into mechanical components Emesa India is established in Pune with the objective of manufacturing mechanical components. 2022 Savera India-Vita Hot rolling mill Integration of value chains Savera acquires a local hot rolling company, establishing Savera India-Vita. This partnership guarantees the raw material supply across all regions of operation and supports the development of new products in India.
