Rytteriet

Rytteriet started already in 2005 as a riding sports shop in Sjöbo. In 2010, the shop was moved to Ebba Berglöf's nice facility just outside Sjöbo. The riding facility was expanded in 2016-17 and today includes 2 large fiber sand arenas and an indoor riding arena. The shop, located right next to the arenas, is now about 300 m2. Here you will find a range of selected products for those of you who are looking for quality. Check out the online shop where there are always new good products from our carefully selected suppliers. NEW! on 1/10 2022, Sadelmagasinet moves in and shares Rytteriet's premises. This means you can come here and try out saddles with your horse, with full service. Sadelmagasinet has over 200 saddles in stock. Here you can book for Pay N´Jump, training, clinics or open track. All competitions at the facility can be found here, but to register you must go via TDB. At the facility we have a stable with 9 boxes and a loose housing where we breed future healthy strong competition horses. Our horses move in large pastures every day in 2-4 / pasture. In the loose housing they go mixed; mare with foal and their offspring up to 3 years. Then they are taken in and their training begins to then be sold. Contact us for more information. We have the opportunity, if space permits, to receive training horses and sales horses. Ebba, who runs the stable and facility, has long experience in training horses up to difficult class in jumping and competed internationally difficult class in eventing for many years. Rytteriet's facility has received support to develop the countryside, by supporting with grants we have been able to carry out the investment by building a fiber sand competition arena, judge's tower, toilets and a cafe/restaurant located next to the arena. Through the large investment, we can offer our customers competitions of high quality, the facility can also be used for clinics. The restaurant part can be rented out for events. The horses on the farm are trained at "their pace" where we with an experienced eye read the horses during their training. The young horses get several breaks and they move in large pastures. All our horses are social and go in groups or 2 and 2 during pasture time. They start being handled at 2.5 years old when they start loose jumping and riding begins at 3 years old. They are ridden in at home. We vary the work and include trail rides several days a week. We work the horses on varied ground as the farm consists of 30 hectares of grassland with sand underneath. We export x-ray all our own horses at 3 years of age at Löberöds clinic.
