RunActu is a website that was born in October 2018. My simple intention in creating this web magazine is to share my passion for running. You will find everything that makes running news, both in the road universe and in the trail world. RunActu presents a large number of races, both world-renowned events: UTMB, Diagonale des Fous, London Marathon, Berlin Marathon... and more regional races: Eco de Trail de Paris, the Templiers, the trail of the End of the World... A section that I love to regularly update because it offers an original look at the presentation of atypical marathons. You will thus discover completely new competitions. Taking unpredictable routes like the North Pole marathon, Lake Baikal marathon, the Los Angeles marathon... A way to escape, dream, and discover the world for a few moments. RunActu is also running product testing, which I consider to be an important part. The equipment of a runner is not just a matter of fashion. Indeed, it is thanks to it that you will be able to feel more comfortable during your training and thus your races. We recommend, for example, our article on the best running shoes or the best trail shoes. The editorial team carries out complete tests in various weather conditions, training, and competition to provide the reader with a broad view of the qualities of the products. That is to say, all products are tested for several weeks in an effort to translate and test on the ground the characteristics of these various pieces of equipment and this in different conditions of use. In relation to the brands, you will also find tests of the latest shoe models (test of trail shoes but also of road shoes), backpacks, running watches... everything that makes a runner's equipment. Our opinion is of course only the result of our feelings that we strive to make as objective as possible and it only engages us! Finally, a training section will allow you to get updated on certain notions. At RunActu, we do not claim to substitute for athletics coaches, but our experience and various research will allow us to familiarize you with certain concepts with sometimes baroque names. You will learn more about fundamental endurance, interval sessions, the famous VMA test... but also training plans allowing you to prepare for your first half marathon.
