RUBY TUESDAYS VINTAGE HOME brought to you by Sheree & Ian Jones Well what can I say !! I have been accused on more occasions than I care to remember about being born in the wrong era and certainly when we installed our beloved 1920's New World gas cooking range both friends and family thought we had finally lost the plot but I wouldn't part with it for the world !!   We have been buying,collecting,restoring and selling all manner of vintage items for well over 20 years now and have the total of four shops under our belt the last of which we closed just recently in March 2010 to build up this website and move with the times.... Hubbie Ians part of the business is his beloved antique telephones all lovingly restored back to their former glory here at our onsite workshops which he has been selling not only through our shops but at major antique fairs throughout the country and mail order through Period Living Magazine ( Deja Vu Antiques )  My part of the business is the " all kinds of everything " ...if its vintage and been pre-loved I simply cant resist..... anything from kitchenalia ( my big love...) shabby chic furniture ( cant resist ) to lovely old pieces of jewellery and vintage clothing..... " all kinds of everything " We spent ten years renovating our last home ~ a lovely 1920's bay fronted house which was featured in Period Living magazine way back in 1996 ~ and have been working on our current edwardian home since the year 2000 with renovations still underway  ~  hence we have twenty years of period renovations under our belt !! Our current home is a delightful edwardian house built in 1904 here in Shropshire ... we are only the second family to have owned it since it was built and it is a true labour of love having tackled everything from woodworm, damp, re-wiring you name it we've done it !!  So.....
