Our Rollem manufacturing facility in Sheffield, England is home to some of the best steel materials and engineer-grade iron ore. Sheffield has a long tradition of producing some of the world’s finest swords and cutting edges and its products are well known for their quality and durability. Our Insignia line of die cutters is proudly designed and manufactured in the United States. Rollem sells and supports all of our products in-house. We carry the torch by designing and fabricating finishing solutions that are fast, accurate, and extremely durable. Our portfolio includes standard finishing solutions and an in-house engineering staff for custom and one-of-a-kind configurations. We have a solid base of existing customers who utilize Rollem machines for use with traditional offset or sheet-fed print engines. Our Jetstream solution is ideal for converting digital press output and we partner with most of the major press manufacturers. Rollem offers one of the few slitting machine manufacturers with a solution for B2 or 30” wide sheets.
