"Happy is who transfers what know and learn what teach" Roberto Akira Sugai is my name. I live in Brazil, I’m 70 years old, now on 2021, chemist from Unicamp, class of 1977. I worked 35 years in the chemical industry sector in OEM automotive coatings in areas of product development, quality system and marketing. I am retired since 2009 and in recent times, I have worked providing consulting in areas of paint technology, business and quality, with emphasis on the 6 Sigma methodology. The purpose of this site is to share the knowledge I have acquired over time. I do this so frank and sincere, devoid of any intention other than the sharing of knowledge. Accumulated knowledge and not shared, serves no purpose, is a waste. I wanted to be happy and learn doing it.
