With over a decade of experience in the Canadian film industry, RVRD is proudly Transport Canada SFOC certified, allowing us to conduct operations with heavy camera packages up to 105lbs in controlled airspace throughout Canada. Our Vancouver and Calgary offices are staffed by a dedicated team of 22 highly skilled professionals, bringing experience from working on thousands of movies, TV shows, and commercials to every project. Since 2016, RVRD has partnered with Filmotechnic Canada, introducing the Oscar-award-winning U-CRANE, Flight Head, and F27 / F17 Telescopic camera cranes to Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. Filmotechnic have been pioneering arm car and crane technology since 1990 and continue to develop the ultimate tools for pursuit and chase filming.
