Established in 1995, Reactive Polymers Ltd. (RPL) started with manufacturing Moulds for the PU industry. Moving into our new premises by 2000, we added Bus seats to our product range which were manufactured with “In-situ” moulding of tubular frame. By 2002 we had forayed into the manufacturing of wood frame sofas, making us a composite manufacturing unit. Since 2005, we have been OE suppliers to some of India’s biggest retail outlets with leading clients like Godrej Interio, @Home, Spencer’s, Hometown, Pepperfry, Style spa, Reliance, Furlenco and many more. RPL today, is a leading name among India’s large scale sofa manufactures; we make 1 sofa every 6 minutes on automated lines. We are a CII “Sustained excellence” awardee and operate a high quality conscious, 6 Sigma like manufacturing plant, with a keen eye for Lean manufacturing. Indigenizing & implementing world class technology, we have manufactured over half a Million seats in the last decade. We also manufacture a wide range of motorised recliners. For this we have an in-house research team that studies varying consumer needs so as to offer options in terms of shape, size, material used & features in recliners like slim recliners, home theatre recliners & more. We have recently diversified and entered the VE (Viscoelastic) market, foraying in memory foam manufacturing for sleep & comfort products. These include Gel Pillows and Moulded Foam mattresses with embedded springs, for complete comfort and long lasting quality.
