The price for 525 is 7,450 yuan/ton, 535T is 7,500 yuan/ton, 535M is 7,500 yuan/ton, modified benzene 88 is 8,050 yuan/ton, and 888 is 8,650 yuan/ton, with a capacity of 400,000 tons.

On October 14, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Special Management Measures for Central Budget Investment in Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction." The measures mention energy conservation and carbon reduction projects in key industries. Support is provided for energy conservation and carbon reduction transformations in key industries such as electricity, steel, non-ferrous metals, building materials, petrochemicals, chemicals, and machinery. Support is also given for energy conservation and carbon reduction transformations that are systematically deployed and implemented on a large scale in industrial parks and industrial clusters. Additionally, support is offered for energy conservation and carbon reduction transformations in infrastructure such as heating and computing power. The measures mention clean substitution projects for coal consumption, supporting low-carbon transformations of coal-fired power units and coal chemical projects. Support is also available for urban and rural residents to use geothermal energy and biomass energy for heating.

Recently, the high-temperature cooking film polypropylene new product independently developed by Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. successfully completed its first trial production, yielding 346 tons of product that meets quality standards. High-temperature cooking film polypropylene is a high-performance polymer material with excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, tensile strength, and mechanical strength. It can be widely used in food packaging fields such as cooked food and pet food, offering high added value and broad market application prospects.

On October 12th, the 80,000-ton/year styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer unit of the refining and chemical integration transformation and upgrading project at Guangxi Petrochemical successfully produced qualified products, achieving a successful startup. The SBS unit was constructed under the EPC general contracting by Huanqiu Xinjiang Company, with a consortium formed by Huanqiu Xinjiang Company and the First Construction Company of Engineering Construction Company jointly executing the project. The unit utilizes process technology jointly developed by Huanqiu Xinjiang Company and Dushanzi Petrochemical, producing products with high elasticity and capable of yielding multiple grades. Depending on final use and product range, it can produce SBS products with different compositions and structures to meet the needs of downstream asphalt modification, polymer modification, footwear manufacturing, and adhesives, significantly enriching the variety of chemical products from Guangxi Petrochemical and enhancing market competitiveness.
