On June 29, the China Automotive Battery Innovation Alliance and the Zhongguancun Energy Storage Industry Technology Alliance jointly released the Initiative on Standardizing Supplier Payment Terms for Power and Energy Storage Battery Enterprises, aiming to encourage industry companies to implement the Regulations on Ensuring Payments to Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and promote win-win cooperation across the industrial chain.On the same day, several companies including CATL, FinDreams Battery, Ganfeng Lithium Battery, and EVE Energy stated through official channels that they actively responded to the initiative.We are committed to working hand in hand with our partners to build an industry ecosystem characterized by integrity, compliance, coexistence, and mutual success.

Quote for 525 is RMB 8,150/ton, quote for 535T is RMB 8,150/ton, quote for 535M is RMB 8,150/ton, modified benzene 88 is quoted at RMB 9,000/ton, and 888 is quoted at RMB 9,200/ton. Capacity: 400,000 tons. Self-pickup prices; negotiable on a case-by-case basis. -

Mercedes-Benz Suspends Bonuses for 90,000 Employees in Germany, Plans to Extend Unpaid Working Hours
Recently, it was reported that automotive manufacturer Mercedes-Benz Group will suspend year-end bonuses for about 90,000 employees in Germany and plans to extend working hours without additional compensation.The report cited internal documents stating, "Mercedes-Benz will be forced to deny the payment of the annual extra bonus originally scheduled for July to approximately 90,000 employees in Germany. In times of economic hardship, employers may choose to postpone or cancel this payment." It is estimated that the amount saved by this move could exceed ten million euros.In addition, management also plans to discuss extending working hours without paying compensatory remuneration. Mercedes employees currently work 35 hours per week. -

Rongsheng Petrochemical Lowers ABS Prices
June 26 report: Rongsheng Petrochemical’s 1.6 million t/y ABS prices were lowered by RMB 400/ton this week. ZA0210 was listed at RMB 9,500/ton, ZA0211 at RMB 9,400/ton, and AS0250 at RMB 9,200/ton. The plant’s operating rate is currently maintained at 70–80%. -

Successful production transition! cnooc refining & chemical launches high-end new grade polypropylene
CNOOC’s independently developed high-end new grade MN70 high-modulus thin-wall injection molding polypropylene has achieved a successful one-time production switch at CNOOC Refining & Petrochemicals Daxie Petrochemical. Jointly developed by the CNOOC Refining & Petrochemicals Materials Research Institute and Daxie Petrochemical, this production run yielded approximately 2,300 tons, with a 100% quality inspection pass rate. All core performance indicators fully met the standards, and its melt index set a new record for the highest level in the history of the polypropylene product series!
