China's 2026 No. 1 Central Document: Supporting New Energy Vehicles, Smart Home Appliances, and Green Building Materials in Rural Areas

The 2026 "No. 1 Central Document"—the *Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Anchoring Agricultural and Rural Modernization and Solidly Promoting Comprehensive Rural Revitalization*—has been released.
