Yunnan escape pipe manufacturer_Escape pipe
Safety has always been a concern for everyone, especially in tunnels. From a safety perspective, the country stipulates that escape pipes must be installed in tunnel construction to prevent safety issues. In response to national policies, Luoyang Guorun New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., with the support of the technical department, has developed a new type of ultra-high molecular weight escape pipe. The outer diameter of this new escape pipe is set at 800mm, with a thickness of 30mm based on human body structure.
On September 16, 2015, a batch of 800 escape pipes was sent to Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, marking the gradual market promotion of Luoyang Guorun New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.'s ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene escape pipe. After obtaining the certificate from the Shanghai Institute of Chemical Industry, China Railway and China Communications Tunnel Bureau conducted evaluation experiments on our products, which were recognized by relevant institutions. Contracts were gradually signed with our company, marking Luoyang Guorun's leading position in the industry in terms of new material escape pipes.
Yunnan escape pipe manufacturer_Escape pipe requirements for pipe setting:
1. Construction sites should prepare enough pipes and connecting materials based on tunnel surrounding rocks, excavation methods, etc. In addition to whole pipes, 1m, 2m, 3m short pipes, and transition joints (135°) should also be prepared.
2. Tunnel escape pipes must be processed before use. Processing can be done according to materials and actual site conditions. The connection should be simple, firm, and reliable. Temporary fixing measures should be done on the ground. The pipe opening can be temporarily covered during construction and should be easy to open and close.
3. Tunnel escape pipes use φ600~φ800mm socket steel pipes, with the starting point set at the end of the newer secondary lining. The distance from the secondary lining end should not exceed 5m. The pipe should be laid along one side of the initial support towards the heading face, with a work rope inside for easy escape, rescue, communication, and transportation of various items. Longitudinal connections of socket steel pipes can be done using chain measures to prevent the pipes from being washed away during collapse.
4. During the movement and positioning of the tunnel escape pipe on the secondary lining trolley, it should be dismantled section by section temporarily. One-time dismantling to the position is strictly prohibited to ensure the effectiveness of the escape pipe at any time.
5. When passing through excavation steps in the tunnel, the escape pipe should be arranged along the steps and can be extended with 135° transition joints. The height and length of the pipe should not affect the construction and should be easy to open for escape.
6. The wind-water pipe, as an emergency escape pipe, should be close to the heading face, with the end not more than 5m away from the heading face. A prominent toolbox should be equipped near the pipe opening, containing emergency tools such as a flashlight, adjustable wrench, hammer, steel chisel, etc., to open the flange plate of the wind-water pipe in case of emergency and facilitate the timely transfer of water and food.
7. The set escape pipe should be flat, dry, and smooth, and should not be used for purposes other than emergency escape.
8. Emergency food boxes and first aid kits should be placed at the heading face. The emergency food box should contain convenience foods such as instant noodles, biscuits, mineral water for about 10 people for a day. The first aid kit should contain gauze, clean water, common first aid medicines, etc.
