Henan large-diameter steel belt corrugated pipe is a composite of an inner layer pipe wrapped with a ring-shaped corrugated steel belt formed by steel plates shaped like a "V". The outer layer is made of polyethylene, thus forming an integrated spiral corrugated pipe. The elastic modulus of steel is nearly 200 times that of polyethylene (the elastic modulus of carbon steel is around 190000 MPa), and the steel belt reinforced spiral corrugated pipe combines the advantages of both metal and plastic, achieving an ideal state of high rigidity and low consumption. It organically combines the high rigidity and high strength of steel with the excellent properties of plastics, such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and flexibility, thereby leveraging the benefits of both materials while compensating for their shortcomings, achieving a balance of high performance and low cost.

Henan large-diameter steel belt corrugated pipe has a much higher ring stiffness than ordinary buried drainage plastic wall corrugated pipes. The ring stiffness of this pipe can reach SN8, SN12.5, and SN16, or even higher.
