Introduction to Silicone Rubber Power Cable:
The silicone rubber power cable is suitable for electrical energy transmission lines in high temperature ranges and harsh environments with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and below. It has excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, flame retardance, radiation resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, and waterproofing, as well as good cold resistance and weather resistance.

2. Allowable working temperature range of the cable: -60℃ to +180℃;
3. The maximum temperature of the cable conductor during a short circuit (lasting no more than 5 seconds) shall not exceed 250℃.
4. The installation temperature of the cable should not be lower than -20℃.
5. The minimum bending radius for cable installation is specified as follows:
Single-core cable: The bending radius shall not be less than 15D of the cable outer diameter;
Three-core cable: The bending radius shall not be less than 12D of the cable outer diameter.

1. DC resistance of finished cable conductor at 20℃: It should meet the requirements of GB/T3956 standard. The DC resistance of the conductive wire core of the finished cable, calculated for a cable length of 1m, a nominal cross-section of 1mm², and a temperature of 20℃, should not exceed 0.0184 ohms for copper core wire.
2. Insulation resistance of finished cable insulation wire core: The insulation resistance of the finished cable insulation wire core, calculated for a cable length of 1km and a temperature of 20℃, should not be less than 50 megaohms for conductive wire cores with a cross-section of 50mm² and below, and should not be less than 35 megaohms for 70-185mm².
3. The finished cable should withstand an AC test voltage of 3kV for 5 minutes without insulation breakdown.
