Silicone rubber power cables are suitable for electrical energy transmission lines in high temperature ranges and harsh environments with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and below. They possess excellent characteristics such as high temperature resistance, flame retardancy, radiation resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, and waterproofing, along with good cold resistance and weather resistance.

1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor at 20℃: should meet the requirements of GB/T3956 standard. The DC resistance of the conductive core of the finished cable, when converted to a cable length of 1m, a nominal cross-section of 1mm² and a temperature of 20℃, should not exceed 0.0184 ohms for copper core conductors.

2. The insulation resistance of the finished cable insulation core: The insulation resistance of the finished cable insulation core, when converted to a cable length of 1km and a temperature of 20℃, should not be less than 50 megaohms for conductive core cross-sections of 50mm² and below, and not less than 35 megaohms for 70-185mm².

3. The finished cable should withstand an AC test voltage of 3KV for 5 minutes, with insulation free from breakdown.
