1. Product Standards
The bundled cables are produced in accordance with GB12527-90.
2. Usage Characteristics
1. Long-term allowable working temperature of the cable: PVC insulation: 70℃
PE insulation: 70℃
Cross-linked polyethylene insulation: 90℃
2. Short-term high working temperature of the cable: during short circuit (within 5 seconds)
PVC insulation: 160℃
PE insulation: 130℃
Cross-linked polyethylene insulation: 250℃
3. The laying temperature of the cable must not be lower than -20℃
4. The allowable bending radius of the cable: for cables with an outer diameter (D) less than 25mm, it should not be less than 4D; for cables with an outer diameter (D) of 25mm and above, it should not be less than 6D.

4. Main Technical Indicators of the Cable
1. The conductor of the cable uses an aluminum core tightly compressed circular stranded conductor, which should comply with GB/T3956-1997 regulations.
2. Insulation uses black weather-resistant PVC, PE, and cross-linked polyethylene insulation materials.
3. The product cable should undergo AC voltage testing: cables rated at 0.6/1KV and below should withstand a 3500V, 1-minute immersion withstand voltage test.
4. The cable surface should have clear continuous markings of the manufacturer's name, model, length, and voltage level.
5. Delivery Length
The delivery length of bundled cables should not be less than 200m, and short segments with a minimum length of 50m are allowed for delivery, but their quantity does not exceed 10% of the total delivery length.
