Introduction to Fireproof Cotton
Fireproof cotton: The main raw material is polyester fiber, which is carded and formed, then mixed with low-melting-point adhesive fibers. It has strong fire resistance, good elasticity, complies with British BS5852 and American California CN117 fire safety standards, and meets the EU's ROHS environmental protection standards. It is an ideal material for furniture, clothing, and toys.

Features of Fireproof Cotton
Pure white color, soft texture, excellent elasticity, good moisture absorption and breathability.
Made from natural flame-retardant fibers and has no dripping phenomenon. It has self-extinguishing properties.
Forms a dense carbonized layer when burned. Low levels of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, producing only a small amount of non-toxic smoke.
Stable acid and alkali resistance, non-toxic, does not produce any chemical reactions. The product is naturally biodegradable and meets environmental protection requirements.
Softness and hardness can be freely selected, with good tensile strength, excellent resilience, lightweight, soft, comfortable, not easily deformed by washing, strong warmth retention, and strong fire resistance.
