1. High abrasion resistance The abrasion resistance of ultra-high pipe is 4-7 times that of steel pipe, 10 times that of polyethylene, polypropylene, 2.3 times that of PE, and it has an effect on conveying small particle slurry such as fly ash.           

2. Corrosion resistance Ultra-high pipe is a saturated molecular structure, with very stable chemical properties, able to withstand the vast majority of corrosive media, more corrosion-resistant than polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, ABS and other plastics. No need to apply anti-corrosion coatings during construction, and its aging life is over 50 years under natural light. 

3. Anti-adhesion Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe has self-lubricating and non-stick properties, with low friction coefficient, roughness is 1/6 of steel pipe, as long as the slurry flow rate reaches 2.3-4.6 meters / second, scale is difficult to form, even if accumulated for a long time, the scale layer can be easily removed by light tapping with a hammer, and the scale removal cost is 1/6 of steel pipe.   

4. High impact resistance The impact resistance and impact absorption energy of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene rank first among plastics, whether it is strong external impact or internal pressure fluctuation, it is difficult to crack, its impact strength is 10 times that of nylon 66, 20 times that of PVC, 4 times that of polyethylene, especially in low temperature environments, its impact strength reaches a high value, providing extremely safe and reliable guarantee for the conveying system. Due to its high impact absorption value, it is especially suitable for conveying sheet-like, granular materials, reducing breakage and lowering conveying noise.          

5. High tensile yield strength and high tensile fracture strength The thermal deformation temperature of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe is tens of degrees higher than that of ordinary plastics, and there is almost no lower limit to the cold brittle temperature, it can bend without breaking, a characteristic that steel pipes and ceramic pipes do not have.
