High impact resistance The impact resistance and impact absorption energy of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene rank first among plastics, whether it is strong external impact or internal pressure fluctuation, it is difficult to crack, its impact strength is 10 times that of nylon 66, 20 times that of PVC, 4 times that of polyethylene, especially in low temperature environments, its impact strength reaches a high value, providing extremely safe and reliable guarantee for the conveying system. Due to its high impact absorption value, it is especially suitable for conveying sheet-like, granular materials, reducing breakage and lowering conveying noise.
5. High tensile yield strength and high tensile fracture strength The thermal deformation temperature of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe is tens of degrees higher than that of ordinary plastics, and there is almost no lower limit to the cold brittle temperature, it can bend without breaking, a characteristic that steel pipes and ceramic pipes do not have.
