1. Steel Belt Shape: Our company's steel belt reinforced spiral corrugated pipes use steel belts rolled into Ω shapes. After rolling, they are polished to remove burrs before connecting to PE. This design has greater compressive strength from a mechanical perspective. 2. In contrast, the steel belts in plastic steel winding pipes do not undergo this treatment, making them prone to delamination and rust.

3. Connection of Steel Belt Reinforced Spiral Corrugated Pipe/Jiaozuo Corrugated Pipe: Our pipes use PE electric heat fusion tape for external connections and PE welding wire for internal welding. Since both connection materials are the same as the pipe material, the joints can be completely integrated, which is a body connection. When the pipe experiences stress and deformation, the deformation is smoothly transmitted and evenly distributed to the entire pipe, preventing stress concentration at the joints that could lead to pipe failure. In complex geological conditions such as soft foundations or coastal wetlands, steel belt reinforced spiral corrugated pipes/Jiaozuo corrugated pipes with this internal and external welding method can behave like a single pipe, fully utilizing their flexibility to adapt to geological changes. As the joints are body connections, they possess strong stress resistance, allowing the pipe to be welded and then laid in the trench as a single segment, focusing only on the quality of backfilling without the need for trench leveling, thus reducing excavation volume. Additionally, due to the entirely PE connections, there is improved corrosion resistance, and the stiffness at the joints is greater than that of the main pipe material, ensuring connection strength. In contrast, plastic steel winding pipes can only be connected using steel clamps due to their structure, which have poor corrosion resistance, leading to a reduction in the lifespan of the pipeline and decreased connection strength. Furthermore, because the materials of the steel clamps and the main pipe are different, when the pipe experiences stress and deformation, the deformation cannot be evenly distributed through the joints, resulting in stress concentration at the joints and potential pipe failure.

4. Sealing Performance of Steel Belt Reinforced Spiral Corrugated Pipe/Jiaozuo Corrugated Pipe: Our pipes utilize PE body connections, which allow the joints to fully integrate, resulting in better sealing and reduced leakage risk. In contrast, plastic steel winding pipes can only use steel clamps for connections, which have poorer sealing performance and are more prone to leakage.
