Steam Jacket Type Magnetic Float Level Gauge is a multifunctional integrated instrument. It can be referred to as antifreeze magnetic float level gauge or heat tracing magnetic float level gauge. It conveys the liquid level changes to the field indicator to show the actual height of the liquid level. It is equipped with a level alarm and a remote level transmission device. The level alarm can achieve control of upper and lower limit values, limit alarms, and accident interlocks. The liquid remote transmission device can linearly convert the liquid level changes into a DC 4~20mADC current signal for long-distance liquid level indication, control, and recording. The level gauge has explosion-proof and intrinsic safety protection performance. The entire unit is made of wear-resistant materials, thus having corrosion resistance.

Structure Principle of Steam Jacket Type Magnetic Float Level Gauge
The level alarm consists of a magnetic float material that converts through a non-contact alarm switch into relay contact output, acting according to the set liquid level, thus achieving the purpose of liquid level control. The alarm switch is installed at the position where level control is required, and the converter is installed in the control room.
The remote level transmission device linearly converts the changes in liquid level into a 4~20mA current signal using magnetic materials, sending it to secondary instruments for remote transmission, measurement, control, and recording of the liquid level.

Magnetic Level Gauge consists of three parts: basic type on-site indication, level alarm, and remote level transmission device.
The basic type is developed based on the principle of buoyancy in liquid according to Archimedes’ principle and the repulsion and attraction of magnetic poles. Based on the above principle, the linear change in liquid level is transmitted to the on-site indicator, with the liquid level indicated in red and the gas phase in white.
