Hebei Jinniu Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is a large chemical enterprise mainly engaged in the production and operation of methanol products. In March 1994, with the approval of the Hebei Provincial Economic System Reform Commission (Document No. [1994]20), it was reorganized from Cangzhou Chemical Factory into a joint-stock company.
