Hebei Jinniu Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is a large chemical enterprise mainly engaged in the production and operation of methanol products. In March 1994, with the approval of the Hebei Provincial Economic System Reform Commission (Document No. [1994]20), it was reorganized from Cangzhou Chemical Factory into a joint-stock company. From June 14 to 17, 1996, 23.12 million A-shares were publicly issued, and on June 26, 1996, the company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company owns four subsidiaries: Hebei Jinniu Logistics Co., Ltd., Hebei Jinniu Xuyang Chemical Co., Ltd., Jieyang South China Canghua Industrial Co., Ltd., and Cangzhou Jinniu Labor Service Co., Ltd.
