95% rubber, made from fresh latex processed using liquid phase method. Excellent wet abrasion resistance, significant elongation, high rebound rate, and tensile strength.
Silica-reinforced natural rubber, with properties such as wear resistance, high rebound, cut resistance, and tear resistance.
Silica-filled and reinforced nitrile rubber. Features include wear resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, fatigue resistance, and good gas tightness.
Carbon black/silica-reinforced natural/synthetic rubber, hardness 60-70 IRHD. Exhibits wear resistance, high rebound, cut resistance, tear resistance, and impact resistance.
Halogenated butyl rubber. Resistant to acids and alkalis, good gas tightness, and high-temperature resistance.
Natural rubber, FDA certified, suitable for long-term contact with food.

Characteristics of Rubber-Lined Steel Pipes:
1. Extremely high impact resistance: The rubber deforms upon impact, absorbing the kinetic energy of particles and then rebounding to return most of the energy to the particles, reducing the impact force and greatly extending service life.
2. Good wear resistance: The rubber lining can be formulated based on wear resistance needs, suitable for high abrasion environments, with wear resistance over twenty times that of steel pipes, over four times that of ceramics, and over seven times that of similar rubber-lined pipes, allowing for continuous use for 15-40 years;
