Rubber-lined pipes are a type of pipeline with a steel or rigid structure as the framework, lined with wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-temperature-resistant rubber as the lining layer. The physical and chemical properties of rubber reduce the impact of the medium being transported on the external structure, such as impact force and corrosion. The cushioning effect of the rubber significantly extends the service life of the pipeline and reduces costs for users. Our company collaborates with the group to represent rubber brands; currently, we are the largest agent in the Henan region. The wear-resistant rubber-lined steel pipes produced by our company use high elasticity rubber as the lining layer, leveraging the "strong elasticity and wear-resistant characteristics of rubber" to reduce wear on the pipe wall from the transported medium. These pipes can be used for transporting original ore, concentrate, tailings slurry in mines, ash transportation in coal-fired power plants, and liquid transportation pipelines containing solid particles in chemical systems, as well as for corrosive media in power plants and petrochemicals. The characteristics of the rubber-lined pipes produced by our company include: 1. Extremely high impact resistance: Rubber deforms under impact, absorbing the kinetic energy of particles, and then rebounding to return most of the energy to the particles, reducing the impact force and greatly extending the service life. 2. Good wear resistance: The rubber lining can be formulated according to wear resistance needs, suitable for high wear environments, with wear resistance more than twenty times that of steel pipes, over four times that of ceramics, and more than seven times that of similar rubber-lined pipes, allowing for continuous use of 15-40 years. 3. Selection of steel pipes: Suitable for various pressure requirements, while also protecting the rubber lining. 4. Wide temperature adaptation range: Rubber-lined steel pipes can be used long-term in the temperature range of -40 degrees to +140 degrees, and the rubber lining will not detach from the steel frame due to temperature changes. 5. Good corrosion resistance: The rubber lining can be formulated according to corrosion resistance needs, suitable for highly corrosive environments. Rubber-lined steel pipes can withstand corrosion from various acids, alkalis, salts, seawater, and sewage, and can be used in complex and harsh chemical corrosion environments. 6. Low operating resistance and reduced energy consumption: Our company's rubber-lined steel pipes are produced using an extrusion process, resulting in a smooth inner wall. 7. Lightweight, easy to install, and convenient for maintenance and transportation: The steel frame of the rubber-lined pipes only bears pressure and can be thinned to a low pressure-bearing degree, making it 20-30% lighter than ordinary steel pipes. Additionally, rubber-lined pipes are not afraid of bumps, and the lining will not crack. The service life of rubber-lined pipes is several times longer than that of steel pipes, leading to lower average annual costs. Furthermore, due to their lightweight, they can save on support costs, and lower resistance consumption can save operational costs, significantly reducing the overall cost of rubber-lined pipes and saving users a considerable amount of money. 8. Recyclable: Steel pipes only need to be used once; the old used pipes can be repaired and re-lined with rubber for continued use. Each lining of rubber is equivalent to 4-5 times the lifespan of the metal pipe, further saving costs. Professional equipment! Professional technology! Providing you with professional services! 1.
