1.3 Product Structure: The pipe wall structure consists of three layers: the inner layer is a continuous solid wall PE inner pipe, with a (shaped like a "U") annular wave steel belt reinforcement wound around the outer layer of the inner pipe, and the outer layer is compounded with polyethylene, forming an integrated spiral corrugated pipe.

Many construction units, during the laying process of the pipes, directly bury soil mixed with construction waste into the trench after laying the pipes, which is incorrect and can cause significant damage to the pipes. Please follow the construction methods below.
The construction of double wall corrugated pipes is different from that of ordinary concrete pipes. If the construction personnel do not understand the characteristics of double wall corrugated pipes and use traditional reinforced concrete pipe construction techniques, it will affect the construction quality of the pipes and cannot guarantee the normal operation of the pipes. First, the double wall corrugated pipes are lightweight, and it is necessary to ensure that the pipes do not float during construction. Secondly, the compaction of the bottom cushion layer and backfill soil determines the load capacity of the "pipe and soil" system and the radial deformation rate of the pipe. To achieve the effect of "pipe-soil interaction," the compaction of the bottom cushion layer and backfill soil must meet design requirements. To achieve these two points, it is essential to ensure that there is no standing water in the trench during backfilling, do not backfill with water, and do not backfill with silt or organic matter. The backfill soil should not contain stones, bricks, or other hard debris; for areas with high groundwater levels, the groundwater level should be lowered to below the lowest point of the trench, and lowering groundwater should be stopped only when the project is no longer affected by groundwater or meets the strength requirements of the foundation and pipe buoyancy resistance.

1) During loading and unloading transportation, the pipes should not be subjected to severe impacts, drops, or heavy pressure;
2) When mechanically loading and unloading pipes, the two lifting points on the pipe should be about 1/4 of the pipe length from both ends;
3) The bottom of the vehicle or ship contacting the pipes should be as flat as possible, and measures should be taken to prevent rolling and mutual collision, avoiding contact with sharp objects to prevent scratching the pipes.
Storage: Pipes should be stored away from heat sources and chemical contaminants in a flat, well-ventilated warehouse. If stored outdoors, there should be a cover. Pipes should be stacked horizontally and neatly.
