   One, What isSteel Strip Reinforced Polyethylene Spiral Corrugated Pipe

     Steel strip corrugated pipe, also known as steel strip reinforced polyethylene spiral corrugated pipe, is a winding structural wall pipe composed of a high-density polyethylene (PE) matrix (inner and outer layers) and a surface-coated adhesive resin steel strip. The pipe wall structure consists of three layers: the inner layer is a continuous solid wall PE inner pipe, wrapped with a circular corrugated steel strip reinforcement (formed with steel plate as a "V" shape), and the outer layer is compounded with polyethylene, thus forming a complete spiral corrugated pipe. The elastic modulus of steel is nearly 200 times that of polyethylene. The combination of metal and plastic obviously achieves the ideal method of high rigidity and low consumption, which can organically combine the high rigidity and high strength of steel with the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and flexibility of plastic, play the advantages of both sides, make up for the shortcomings of both sides, and achieve high performance and low cost unity.
        The steel strip reinforced spiral corrugated pipe combines the advantages of steel and plastic. The steel strip is pressed into a nearly "U" shaped steel bar and wrapped between the inner and outer layers of hot-melt polyethylene. The high rigidity, high strength of steel and the flexibility, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance of polyethylene are combined, which can make the pipe reach the SN8, SN12.5, SN16 three levels of ring stiffness, solve the corrosion resistance problem of steel, and break through the limitation that large-diameter all-plastic buried drainage pipes can only reach SN8.
