1. Material Characteristics

2. Heat Resistance
CPVC power pipes have a 15°C higher heat resistance temperature than ordinary UPVC double-wall corrugated pipes. They can maintain their shape above 93°C and have sufficient strength.
3. Insulation Performance
CPVC power pipes can withstand voltages of over 30,000 volts.
4. Compression Performance
Through material modification, the environmental rigidity of CPVC power pipes reaches 10KN, significantly higher than the national regulations requiring the environmental rigidity of buried plastic pipes to be above 8KN.
5. High Impact Resistance
CPVC power pipes can withstand a 1kg heavy hammer impact at a height of 2m at 0°C, fully demonstrating that the low-temperature impact resistance of this material is completely suitable for construction site requirements.
6. Flame Retardant Performance
Both PVC and PVC-C materials have good flame retardant properties and can self-extinguish when away from fire. Especially PVC-C materials, due to their significantly higher chlorine content than PVC, have a more obvious improvement in flame retardancy and smoke density index.
7. Installation Performance
CPVC power pipes are lightweight, high-strength, and easy to install. They can be excavated and buried at night, backfilled during the day, and traffic can proceed as usual. They use elastic sealing rubber ring socket-type connections, making installation and connection convenient, quick, and providing good sealing performance to prevent underground water leakage and effectively protect the safe use of power cables.
8. Long Service Life
CPVC power pipes are corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant, and can have a service life of more than 50 years.
