The product is widely used in sand suction, river dredging, port mud discharge, mining metallurgy, and other fields.
Characteristics of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sand suction and mud discharge special wear-resistant pipe:
1. Lightweight, only one-eighth the weight of steel pipes; flange connection, easy to install, disassemble, and transport, shortening construction time and improving efficiency.
2. Good flexibility and elasticity, the pipe wall can be folded without breaking; the pipes can be directly connected, can bend in water, and have good resistance to wind and waves; on land, connections can be made directly in areas with a slope of up to 30 degrees without the need for surface preparation.
3. Wear-resistant, 4-8 times that of steel pipes, with a longer service life; the pipe material is resistant to UV rays and aging.
4. Lengths of 8-12 meters, or customized according to customer requirements; both ends of each pipe are equipped with movable metal flanges, and pipes are directly connected with bolts; the inner lining of the pipe end has a steel ring to ensure that the pipe ends do not deform, break, or leak during long-term installation and disassembly, ensuring high-efficiency transportation.
5. The inner and outer walls of the pipe are smooth, with a low friction coefficient, and the transport efficiency is 20-30% higher than that of steel pipes.
