To meet the requirements of long-distance, high pressure, high wear resistance, and anti-adhesion scaling, JinHui Electromechanical Company has developed and produced Φ89mm—Φ630mm various specifications of ordinary spiral welded composite pipes, seamless steel pipe composite pipes, and lined with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) pipes for these different types of composite pipes. This not only fully utilizes the excellent properties of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene but also enhances the composite to adapt to high pressure, long-distance field transportation, and resistance to external force damage, filling the domestic gap in this type of composite pipeline and expanding the application fields.

Mining Pipe Performance:
【1】Extremely high wear resistance—The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has a molecular weight of over 2.5 million, making it 4-6 times more wear-resistant than ordinary steel pipes.
【2】Extremely high impact resistance—Mining pipes undergo cantilever beam impact tests according to GB1843 standards and achieve no damage.
【3】Corrosion resistance—Mining pipes have a saturated molecular cluster structure that can withstand erosion from aggressive chemicals.
【4】Good self-lubrication—Mining pipes contain wax-like substances, with a friction coefficient of only 0.219 MN/m.
【5】Unique low-temperature resistance—Mining pipes maintain impact and wear resistance performance from -269℃ to +80℃.
【6】Low scaling tendency—The ultra-high molecular weight pipe has a small friction coefficient and high pipe smoothness, exhibiting good surface non-adhesiveness.
【7】Long lifespan—The fatigue strength of the ultra-high molecular weight pipe exceeds 500,000 times, more than twice that of PE100.
【8】Easy installation—The ultra-high molecular weight pipe uses flange connections that are quick and simple, greatly reducing the installation construction costs.
