1. The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sand delivery pipe is lightweight, only one-eighth the weight of steel pipes; flanged connections facilitate installation and disassembly, shortening startup time and improving efficiency.
2. The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sand delivery pipe has good flexibility and elasticity, with the pipe wall able to bend without breaking; the pipes can be directly connected, bending in water and effectively resisting wind and waves; on land, connections can be made in areas with uneven surfaces within 30 degrees, allowing for direct installation without ground preparation.
3. The wear resistance of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sand delivery pipe is 4-8 times that of steel pipes, resulting in a longer service life; the pipe material is UV resistant and aging resistant, with a lifespan of 8-15 years depending on the sand content.
4. The length of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene sand delivery pipe is 8-12 meters or customized according to customer requirements; each pipe is fitted with movable metal flanges at both ends, allowing for direct bolt connections between pipes; the inner lining of the pipe mouth is reinforced with a steel ring, ensuring that the pipe mouth remains undistorted, unbroken, and leak-proof during long-term installation and disassembly, ensuring high efficiency in delivery.
5. The inner and outer walls of the pipe are smooth, with a low friction coefficient, resulting in a transport efficiency that is 20-30% higher than that of steel pipes.
6. Whether used on land or in water, it is cost-effective, safer, and more convenient for long-term use.
