Outdoor Buried Fiber Optic Cable (Loose Tube Stranded Reinforced Armored Fiber Optic Cable (GYTA53))
Product Description:
The structure of the GYTA53 fiber optic cable consists of 250μm optical fibers housed in a loose tube made of high-modulus material, filled with waterproof compounds. The center of the core is a metal strength member, and for certain fiber counts, an additional layer of polyethylene (PE) is extruded around the metal strength member. The loose tubes (and filler) are twisted around the central strength member to form a compact and round core, with the gaps inside the core filled with water-blocking filler. A layer of polyethylene inner sheath is extruded after longitudinal wrapping with coated aluminum tape (APL), and a polyethylene outer sheath is extruded after longitudinal wrapping with double-sided coated steel tape (PSP), suitable for: duct, overhead, direct burial.
Product Features:
1. Excellent mechanical performance and temperature characteristics
2. The material of the loose tube itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength
3. The tube is filled with special oil paste, providing critical protection for the optical fibers
4. Good compressive strength and flexibility
5. Measures taken to ensure the waterproof performance of the fiber optic cable include: ① single steel wire central strength member; ② loose tube filled with special waterproof compounds; ③ fully filled cable core; ④ coated aluminum tape (APL) moisture-proof layer; ⑤ double-sided coated steel tape (PSP) enhances the cable's moisture resistance; ⑥ good water-blocking materials prevent longitudinal water ingress in the fiber optic cable.
Product Standards:
Complies with YD/T 901-2009 and IEC 60794-1 standards
