Central Tube Fire-Resistant Optical Cable for Coal Mines (MGXTSV)
Product Description:
The structure of MGXTSV optical cable consists of a 250 μm optical fiber housed in a loose tube made of high-modulus material, with a waterproof compound filling the loose tube. The outer layer of the loose tube is wrapped with a double-sided coated steel tape (PSP), and a water-blocking material is added between the steel tape and the loose tube to ensure the compactness and longitudinal water-blocking of the optical cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides, followed by extrusion of the flame-retardant sheath to form the cable. Suitable for: pipelines, overhead, and direct burial.
Product Features:
1. Excellent mechanical properties and temperature characteristics
2. The loose tube material itself has good hydrolysis resistance and high strength
3. The tube is filled with special oil paste, providing critical protection for the optical fiber
4. Special sheath material has excellent flame-retardant properties
5. The double-sided coated steel tape ensures the tensile strength of the optical cable
6. Two parallel steel wires ensure the tensile strength of the optical cable
7. Small diameter, lightweight, easy to install
8. Longer delivery lengths
