Thermal Monitoring Fiber Optic Cable (SCJKB)
Thermal monitoring fiber optic cables are divided into two types: ① Spiral steel pipe armored thermal monitoring fiber optic cable; ② High temperature resistant armored thermal monitoring fiber optic cable.
(1) Spiral steel pipe armored thermal monitoring fiber optic cable
Product Description:
The spiral steel pipe armored thermal monitoring fiber optic cable is a general-purpose distributed temperature sensing system (DTS) detection cable, suitable for the vast majority of DTS temperature sensing environments. The cable features a high-strength double-layer armored design, providing excellent tensile and compressive strength. This type of cable is widely used in tunnel fire temperature monitoring, fire temperature monitoring in large industrial enterprises such as petrochemical, steel, and coal, as well as health inspections of large buildings such as bridges and warehouses.
Recommended Uses:
1. Tunnels such as highways and railways
2. Cable trenches, cable layers, cable tunnels, etc.
3. Fire temperature monitoring in large buildings such as factories, conference halls, and grain warehouses
4. Coal mines, petrochemical pipelines, etc.
Product Features:
1. Double-layer armored protection, providing excellent mechanical properties
2. Simple structure, small outer diameter, quick thermal response, and fast temperature sensing
3. Environmentally friendly flame-retardant PVC or LSZH sheath, offering good protection performance
4. Excellent flexibility of the cable, easy to install and deploy

(2) High Temperature Resistant Armored Thermal Monitoring Fiber Optic Cable
Product Description:
The high temperature resistant armored thermal monitoring fiber optic cable consists of a spiral stainless steel flexible tube with 1~2 core sensing fibers embedded inside, covered with a high modulus Kevlar, stainless steel braided mesh, and a Teflon outer sheath. By using Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene), this design overcomes the narrow temperature range limitations of traditional spiral steel pipe armored sensing cables, extending the long-term operating temperature range to -60℃~150℃, with a maximum temperature of 200℃. Additionally, the unique properties of Teflon, such as rapid thermal conductivity, high insulation resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, non-wettability, and moderate hardness, greatly expand the applicable fields of the cable. The product is currently widely used in temperature sensing applications in the power and petrochemical industries.
Product Features:
1. Very wide operating temperature range: -60℃~150℃, up to 200℃
2. High insulation resistance, depending on the thickness of the outer sheath, up to 10KV/mm insulation
3. Abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant, non-wettable, non-oily, suitable for long-term use in harsh chemical environments
4. High mechanical strength, compressive strength up to 4000N/10CM, tensile strength up to 400N
Recommended Uses:
1、 Tunnels such as highways and railways
2、 Cable trenches, cable layers, cable tunnels, etc.
3、 Fire temperature monitoring in large buildings such as factories, conference halls, and grain warehouses
4、 Coal mines, petrochemical pipelines, etc.
