Production process of Inner Epoxy Lined Steel Tunnel Escape Pipelines:

Before the base material of the inner epoxy lined steel tunnel escape pipeline undergoes anti-corrosion treatment, the connecting fittings and hangers need to be welded and polished. The outer surface of the steel pipe is sandblasted to remove rust, and then the cleanliness and anchor groove depth of the outer surface of the steel pipe are checked for compliance with standards. Non-compliant areas are polished with a hand grinder until they meet standards. Tape is wrapped around the pipe ends, micro-dust treatment is performed, and medium-frequency heating is applied until the required temperature is reached. Epoxy powder is sprayed, followed by winding with a glue extruder and PE extruder. The anti-corrosion pipe is cooled with water, qualified products are marked, and then moved to the pipe platform for stacking and shipping.
