Now, let’s discuss how using plastic templates can save 50% of costs. One previous case was the Zhengzhou Zhongjian Seventh Bureau's Guanhai International Project. At the time of signing the contract, the budget was over 3 million, which was based on the budget for wooden templates. However, the management approach of Zhongjian Seventh Bureau was very effective; they had two buildings using plastic templates simultaneously and compared the usage between the two sides to see which had more waste. If there was a significant difference, it indicated that one side was not doing well. This situation could be directly addressed with the labor team to resolve the issue. Having this comparison makes workers more cautious during use, as they worry about wasting materials. Consequently, after completing both buildings, the cost savings directly reached over 50%. Many people often ask me how many times plastic templates can be reused. This question is quite difficult to answer because the number of cycles is directly related to the construction team. If used normally, they can definitely last for 30 cycles, with some lasting for up to 50—it's all about how they are used.
