What is grass film?

Things to note when choosing grass film:

1. Choose a professional manufacturer for grass film! Grass film is not just stretch film + color masterbatch!

2. Not all grass films are the same!

    Grass film needs to be stored outdoors for a long time, so the natural environment where it is used is closely related, especially the local seasons, light intensity, stretch performance, and humidity. 3. Do not choose cast film for grass film!

Cast and blown film are two production processes for plastic films, each with its advantages, but for grass film, blown film is better!

1. Cast process requires high fluidity materials and has low strength.
2. Cast film has an uneven appearance, poor sealing, and is more noticeable when stored for a long time.
3. The low shrink strength of cast film results in poor wrapping force, causing excessive oxygen content in the grass pack, which is not conducive to fermentation.
4. The processing temperature of cast film is higher than that of blown film, causing a large amount of volatile polyolefins under high temperature, resulting in performance degradation and severe thermal oxidation, leading to unstable product quality.

5. The tension of cast film is difficult to control, causing roll-off phenomena, which become more apparent with long-term storage.
