Product Advantages:
1. E-920 exhibits excellent toughening effects at both room temperature and low temperatures. Even at -40 to -50°C, it can maintain the toughness of the toughened material while having minimal impact on other mechanical properties, providing superior overall performance. In PC (low Mw: 10.5, high Mw: 35), adding just 2% results in significant toughening effects.
2. E-920 disperses well in polyesters and has minimal impact on the flowability of the toughened material (other graft or copolymer polyester toughening agents often significantly reduce the flowability of modified polyesters, making injection molding difficult). It does not affect subsequent injection processes. During injection, E-920-toughened polyesters are insensitive to shear, which facilitates the selection of injection conditions.
