Applications: Packaging (such as food packaging), it can also toughen PP, PE, PS, PC, ABS, PA, POM, PBT, PET for low-temperature impact resistance, anti-blocking properties, antioxidant additives, and copolymers. It can be processed using co-extrusion and compounding methods, as well as extrusion coating processes. 35BA40 has excellent reactivity, crystallinity, and fluidity, and exhibits good compatibility with various plastics, providing superior thermal stability during processing. 1. As an adhesive for food composite packaging materials: - Co-extruded with nylon as packaging material for meat products and frozen foods. - Used in aluminum-plastic composite materials with pure aluminum or LDPE to produce various films and easily peelable sachets. - Adheres plastic films such as OPP and PET, widely used for candy and fast food packaging. - As a component of hot melt adhesives for packaging or bookbinding applications. 2. As a compatibilizer or modifier for engineering polymers: - Impact modifier for nylon, enabling the production of toughened and super-tough nylon. - Modifier for polyesters, used for toughening PBT and PET. - Filler compatibilizer for producing halogen-free flame-retardant cable compounds.
