1. Material Properties

CPVC electrical conduits are primarily made from PVC-C resin, which has excellent heat resistance and insulation properties. CPVC products are recognized as green and environmentally friendly, and their excellent physical and chemical properties are increasingly valued in the industry.

CPVC electrical conduits are rigid solid-wall pipes with smooth and even inner and outer surfaces, colored in bright orange, making them eye-catching.

2. Heat Resistance

CPVC electrical conduits have a heat resistance that is 15°C higher than that of ordinary UPVC double-wall corrugated pipes, maintaining shape without deformation in environments exceeding 93°C, while also possessing sufficient strength.

3. Insulation Properties

CPVC electrical conduits can withstand high voltages exceeding 30,000 volts.

4. Compressive Strength

Through material modification, the ring stiffness of CPVC electrical conduits reaches 10KN, significantly higher than the national standards for buried plastic pipes, which require a ring stiffness of at least 8KN.

5. High Impact Strength

CPVC electrical conduits can withstand an impact force from a 1kg weight dropped from a height of 2m at 0°C, fully demonstrating that the material’s low-temperature impact performance meets the requirements for construction environment conditions.

6. Flame Retardant Properties

Both PVC and PVC-C materials exhibit good flame-retardant properties, extinguishing immediately when removed from fire. Particularly, PVC-C materials, due to their significantly higher chlorine content compared to PVC, show marked improvements in flame resistance and smoke density index.

7. Installation Performance

CPVC electrical conduits are lightweight, high-strength, and have a simple installation method. They can be excavated and buried at night, allowing for roadways to be backfilled and reopened for traffic during the day. The use of elastic sealing rubber rings for socket connections makes installation quick and convenient, providing good sealing performance that prevents underground water leakage and effectively protects the safety of electrical cables.

8. Long Service Life

CPVC electrical conduits are corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant, with a service life of up to 50 years.
