Performance Characteristics:
1. The inner and outer walls of the casing are smooth, with a low friction coefficient. This reduces the resistance of wires and cables within the conduit.
2. High compressive strength allows for both exposed and embedded installation in concrete without being damaged under pressure; medium and heavy-duty pipe series are suitable for embedding in concrete.
3. Good impact resistance and heat resistance; the casing can withstand normal compaction impacts during concrete pouring without cracking, and will not soften or deform under the setting action of the concrete.
4. Excellent moisture-proof and acid-base resistant properties; it will not rust and is resistant to acid, alkali, and oil. All joints are bonded with PVC adhesive as required, preventing water ingress and enhancing moisture-proof effectiveness, making it suitable for use in corrosive environments.
5. Good flame retardant properties, with a non-combustible characteristic. It self-extinguishes when away from fire, and flames will not spread along the conduit.
6. The casing has excellent insulation properties, with high dielectric breakdown voltage and no risk of electric shock. It effectively prevents accidental leakage and electric shock incidents.
7. Pest and rodent resistant; the casing does not emit odors that attract pests, thus preventing damage from gnawing.
8. Good flexibility, easy to bend; only one corresponding specialized spring needs to be inserted into the casing. Without heating, it can be easily bent by hand at room temperature to the desired angle.
9. Strong applicability; it can ensure cold bending construction even in low temperatures during winter, unaffected by the seasons.
10. Convenient construction; when the casing needs to be cut, it can be easily and quickly cut with a cutter. PVC adhesive can quickly and conveniently connect the casings into the required shapes for construction.
