1. Material Characteristics

CPVC electrical pipes are made primarily from PVC-C resin, which has excellent heat resistance and insulation properties. CPVC electrical pipes can withstand high voltages over 30,000 volts.

4. Pressure Resistance

Through material modification, the product's ring stiffness of CPVC electrical pipes reaches 10KN, which is significantly higher than the national regulations for buried plastic pipes, which require a ring stiffness of over 8KN.

CPVC electrical pipes can withstand the impact force of a 1 kg weight dropped from a height of 2 meters at a temperature of 0°C, demonstrating that the material's low-temperature impact performance fully meets the requirements for construction environmental conditions.

Both PVC and PVC-C materials have good flame-retardant properties and can extinguish themselves upon removal from fire. In particular, PVC-C materials have a significantly higher chlorine content than PVC, resulting in improved flame retardancy and smoke density index.

7. Installation Performance

CPVC electrical pipes are lightweight, high-strength, and easy to install, allowing for nighttime excavation and backfilling so that roads can remain open during the day. They use elastic sealing rubber rings for socket connections, making installation convenient, quick, and providing good sealing performance to prevent underground water leakage, effectively protecting the safety of electrical cables.

CPVC electrical pipes are corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant, with a service life of up to 50 years.
