Our factory offers a wide range of product models that can be customized according to customer requirements or provided drawings. Rubber water-stopping strips and water-stopping rubber are primarily made from natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers, mixed with various additives and fillers, processed through plasticizing, mixing, and molding. They come in various types and specifications, such as bridge type, mountain type, P type, U type, Z type, Y type, T type, H type, E type, Q type, etc. Based on usage conditions, they can be classified into embedded rubber water-stopping strips and back-stick rubber water-stopping strips. This water-stopping material has good elasticity, wear resistance, aging resistance, and tear resistance, strong adaptability to deformation, and good waterproof performance, with a temperature range of -45℃ to +60℃. Rubber water-stopping strips should not be used when the temperature exceeds 70℃, or when they are subjected to strong oxidation or eroded by oily or other organic solvents.
The rubber water-stopping strip must be reliably fixed when tying rebar and supporting forms to prevent displacement during concrete pouring, ensuring the correct position of the water-stopping strip within the concrete.
Holes can only be drilled in the permitted areas of the water-stopping strip during fixation. The effective waterproof areas of the water-stopping strip must not be damaged.
Common fixation methods include: fixing with additional rebar; using special clamps; fixing with lead wire and templates, etc. Regardless of the fixation method used, the fixation of the water-stopping strip should comply with the construction specifications required by the design, ensuring accurate positioning of the water-stopping strip without damaging its effective waterproof areas, facilitating concrete pouring.
Classification:
By model, they can be classified into: CB type rubber water-stopping strip (embedded type with holes in the middle); CP type rubber water-stopping strip (embedded type without holes in the middle); EB type rubber water-stopping strip (external type with holes in the middle); EP type rubber water-stopping strip (external type without holes in the middle).
By material, they can be classified into: natural rubber water-stopping strip, neoprene rubber water-stopping strip, ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber water-stopping strip.
By usage, they can be classified into: middle embedded rubber water-stopping strip and back-stick rubber water-stopping strip (external type), steel edge rubber water-stopping strip, water-swelling rubber water-stopping strip, flat water-stopping strip.
