PEWater Supply Pipe Fittings
Product Material Overview
PE (Polyethylene) eco-friendly and healthy drinking water pipes are made from imported PE100 raw materials and manufactured according to the GB/T13663 standard. The products have good weldability and resistance to environmental stress cracking, meeting both international and national standards.
PE pipes are mainly used for water supply and drainage, mining pipes, and transporting sewage and slurry in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The internal resistance of PE pipes is 25% lower than that of metal pipes, significantly improving transportation efficiency.
PE's raw material sources are abundant. From the molecular formula structure (C2H4), PE's molecular structure is a simple polymer. During its development, PE pipes have continually overcome their shortcomings. The heating and melting of PE pipes require a certain operational space and skilled operational techniques. The invention of electric heating welding sleeves allows two pipe segments or fittings to be connected through an electric heating welding sleeve, which is used for connecting PE pipes in trenches or in confined construction spaces. The material properties of PE pipes are also improving, evolving from PE63 and PE80 to PE100, and will eventually develop to PE115. PE100 indicates that at 200°C, this grade of PE material can maintain a low strength (MRS) of 10Mpa after 50 years. PE80 has a strength of 8.0Mpa. With the increase in PE material grade, the wall thickness of pipes using PE115 will be less than that of pipes using PE100 while still meeting requirements, leading to a reduction in the amount of PE material used, lowering costs and facilitating the application of PE pipes in large-diameter pipelines.
Connections of PE pipes all require heating and a certain cooling time, with each welding taking about 20 minutes. The larger the pipeline diameter, the longer the heating and cooling time will be, hence the installation period for PE pipes is relatively extended.

Product Applications
PE pipelines for urban water supply have comprehensive advantages such as safety, hygiene, and ease of construction, making them an ideal material for urban water supply.
Gas and natural gas transportation pipelines have become the choice for medium and low-pressure natural gas transport due to the reliability of connections, stable performance, ease of construction, and corrosion resistance of PE pipes.
In the food and chemical industry, PE pipes have unique chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for transporting or discharging various acid, alkali, and salt solutions, with a long service life and low cost and maintenance expenses.
The wear resistance of PE pipes for transporting sand and slurry is four times that of steel pipes, making them widely applicable for transporting sand, fly ash from power plants, and slurry for river dredging.
Replacing cement, cast iron, and steel pipes involves upgrading old cement or cast iron pipes in urban areas without large-scale excavation, directly inserting PE pipes into the old pipes for replacement, thus reducing project costs and construction time, particularly suitable for pipeline renovation in old urban areas.
Garden landscaping requires a large amount of water supply piping; PE pipes are cost-effective and worthy of extensive promotion.
Other applications: PE pipes can also be widely used in other fields such as electrical power, communication sheaths, agricultural irrigation, siphonic drainage, landfill, geothermal air conditioning, deep-sea farming, buried fire-fighting pipelines, etc.
Dengquan Plastic Industry Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd. has long been engaged in the production and operation of PVC series pipes and fittings, PPR series pipes and fittings, PE series pipes and fittings, HDPE silicon core pipes, and other series of water heating hardware and bathroom products, with a diverse range of products and complete specifications.
