**Product Material Overview** PE (High-Density Polyethylene) environmentally friendly and healthy drinking water pipeline is made from imported PE100 raw materials and manufactured according to the GB/T13663 standard. The product has good weldability and resistance to environmental stress cracking, and its performance meets international and national standard requirements. PE pipelines are primarily used for water supply and drainage, mining pipelines, and the transport of wastewater and solid or mixed media in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The internal resistance of PE pipelines is 25% lower than that of metal pipes, significantly improving transportation efficiency. The raw material source of PE is abundant. From the molecular formula structure (C2H4), PE has a relatively simple polymer structure. In the development of PE pipes, efforts have been made to overcome their shortcomings continuously. The heating and fusion welding of PE pipes require a certain operational space and skilled technical operation. Later, the electric heating welding sleeve was invented, which connects two pipe sections or fittings through an electric heating welding sleeve. This connection method is used for connecting PE pipes in trenches or in areas with limited construction space. The material properties of PE pipes are also being improved, evolving from PE63, PE80 to PE100, and will eventually develop to PE115. PE100 refers to the grade of PE material that can maintain a low strength (MRS) of 10Mpa after 50 years at 200°C. PE80 has a strength of 8.0Mpa. As the grade of PE material increases, the wall thickness of the same pipeline using PE115 will be less than that of the pipeline using PE100 while still meeting requirements. This allows for a reduction in wall thickness, decreasing the amount of PE material used and lowering costs, which is beneficial for the application of PE pipelines in large-diameter pipelines. The connection of PE pipelines requires heating and a certain cooling time, with each welding process taking about 20 minutes. The larger the diameter of the pipe, the longer the heating and cooling time, thus extending the installation period for PE pipes.
