**Product Material Overview** PE (High-Density Polyethylene) eco-friendly and healthy drinking water pipeline is made from imported PE100 raw materials and manufactured according to GB/T13663 standards. The product has good weldability and resistance to environmental stress cracking, with performance meeting international and national standards. PE pipes are mainly used for water supply and drainage pipelines, mining pipelines, and the transportation of sewage and flowing sand mortar or other solid or mixed media in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The internal resistance of PE pipes is 25% lower than that of metal pipes, which can greatly improve transportation efficiency. The raw material sources for PE are abundant. From the molecular formula structure (C2H4), PE's molecular structure is one of the simplest polymers. In the development of PE pipes, efforts have been made to continuously overcome their deficiencies. Heating and melting the PE pipes requires a certain operating space and skilled operating techniques. Later, the electric heat welding sleeve was invented, which connects two pipe sections or fittings through an electric heat welding sleeve. This connection method is used for connecting PE pipes in trenches or in areas with limited construction space. The material performance of PE pipes is also improving, evolving from PE63 and PE80 to PE100, and will eventually develop to PE115. PE100 refers to PE material that can maintain a low strength (MRS) of 10Mpa after 50 years at 200°C. PE80 has a strength of 8.0Mpa. With the increase in the grade of PE materials, for the same pipeline, the wall thickness of PE115 pipes is lower than that of PE100 pipes. Under the premise of meeting requirements, the wall thickness of PE pipes is reduced, which decreases the amount of PE material used and lowers costs, facilitating the application of PE pipes in large-diameter pipelines. The connections of PE pipes require heating and also have specific cooling time requirements. Each welding process takes about 20 minutes. The larger the diameter of the pipe, the longer the heating and cooling time, thus extending the installation period for PE pipes.
