2、Good Toughness of Sand Suction Pipeline High tensile strength, elastic under stress, the pipe wall does not crack under internal and external forces; pipes can be directly connected in water, 4-8 pipes can bend 360 degrees, excellent resistance to wind and waves; on land, connections can be made directly in uneven areas within 30 degrees without needing to level the ground.

4、Easy Installation of Sand Suction Pipeline Both ends of the sand suction pipe are equipped with movable metal flanges; the entire finished pipe has no welds, and pipes are connected directly using bolts through movable flanges; the pipe mouth is lined with a steel ring to ensure that the pipe mouth does not deform or crack during long-term installation and disassembly, preventing leaks and ensuring high efficiency in the delivery project.
5、Low Friction Coefficient and Strong Weather Resistance of Sand Suction Pipeline The inner and outer walls of the ultra-high sand suction pipe are smooth, with a very low friction coefficient, and the transportation efficiency is 20%-30% higher than that of steel pipes. The operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 60°C, suitable for harsh climate temperature changes.

Especially in harsh environments with a lot of dust and sand, the self-dry lubrication performance of this product is fully displayed. It not only moves freely but also protects related parts from wear or scratches.
