ADSS Fiber Optic Cable Product Overview:
ADSS Fiber Optic Cable adopts a loose tube stranded structure, with 250um fibers housed in loose tubes made of high modulus materials, filled with special waterproof compounds. The loose tube is stranded around a non-metallic reinforcement component (FRP) to form a round cable core, and the gaps within the core are filled with water-blocking gel. The core is then surrounded by an extruded polyethylene (PE) inner sheath, followed by two layers of aramid yarn wound for reinforcement, and finally extruded with a polyethylene (PE) outer sheath or an anti-corrosion (AT) outer sheath to form the cable.
ADSS Fiber Optic Cable Product Characteristics:
. Small diameter, lightweight, spans up to 1500M, low additional load on towers;
. Optional PE/AT sheath for anti-corrosion performance;
. Mainly used to add optical channels to existing lines with voltage levels below 110KV for rapid network deployment;
. Utilizes aramid winding, providing the fiber optic cable with extremely high tensile strength, stress-strain characteristics, and superior ballistic resistance;
. Wide temperature adaptability, small linear expansion coefficient, meeting harsh environmental requirements;
. Non-metallic structure, good insulation performance, lightning resistant, can be installed without power outages, and faults in power lines do not affect the normal transmission of fiber optics.
