14 Inch Mud Pipe
This product is used in river dredging, blowing fill projects, sand extraction projects, land reclamation projects, port expansion projects, and channel dredging projects, where sand and mud are continuously transported through pipelines to designated locations by dredging and suction equipment. The length of the pipeline varies based on project requirements, and as long as the discharge equipment's outlet is properly connected to the pipeline, continuous discharge of sand and mud can occur. The downside is the selection of the pipeline, which determines the continuity of work, especially in harsh environments where pipeline requirements are stricter.
14 Inch Mud Pipe performance is as follows:
1. High Wear Resistance. The wear resistance is4-8 times that of steel pipes. It can last for 8-15 years for sand extraction purposes.
2.Lightweight, only one-eighth of the weight of steel pipes of the same specifications, making it easy to install and transport, thus saving time on site handling and commencement.
3. High buoyancy, can be paired with plastic round floats, resulting in low overall cost for long-term use.
4. High strength, good flexibility, and elasticity; it can bend in water and self-adjust in areas with land undulations within 30 degrees. Pipes can be directly connected without being affected by wind and waves in the water.
5. Easy to connect; both ends of the pipe are equipped with movable flanges, and the pipe mouth is lined with a steel ring, ensuring that the pipe mouth will not deform with long-term use; the movable flange can be directly connected to the pipe head with bolts, greatly reducing pipeline installation and construction costs.
6. The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, with a super high wax-like substance inside, resulting in a friction coefficient of only 0.219 MN/m, which is extremely low. The transportation efficiency is 15-30% higher than that of steel pipes.
7. UV resistant, anti-aging, and long service life; it can last 8-10 years depending on the sand content.
