Recently, the National Construction Project Environmental Information Disclosure Platform announced the public disclosure of the completion and environmental protection acceptance content for Zhejiang Xuchuan Resin Co., Ltd.'s new annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of polyurethane resin expansion and technical renovation project, as well as the new annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of supporting boiler technical renovation project.

Construction Location: No. 103 Yunjing Road, Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone. Project Investment: The actual total investment is 50 million yuan, with an actual environmental protection facility investment of 4.2 million yuan, accounting for approximately 8.4% of the total investment.

Project Overview: The project covers an area of 39,696.08 square meters. The facility currently includes a workshop, a comprehensive building, an R&D workshop, a nitrogen generation workshop, a boiler room, a wastewater treatment pool, a tank area, and other structures. This expansion will add Warehouse #1 and Warehouse #2, increasing the building area by 5,937.02 square meters, bringing the total building area of the facility to 21,864.79 square meters. The project involves the modification of existing reactors, automation improvements, and the selection of high-performance catalysts to enhance production efficiency. This includes shortening the input time by upgrading from manual to automated feeding of bulk liquid materials, reducing discharge time by increasing the diameter of material packaging pipelines, and using high-performance catalysts, specifically higher selectivity bismuth catalysts, to shorten reaction time. Additionally, 12 new reactors (including 7 reactors and 5 sample reactors) and 5 clinker reactors will be added.
