Recently, the Φ800x2500 new type rubber four-roll calendering unit, customized by Dalian Heavy Industry Equipment Group's subsidiary Dalian Rubber & Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd. for a Thai customer, has officially rolled off the production line. This unit has made significant breakthroughs in calendering precision, digital control, and operational reliability, marking a new step forward for China's high-end rubber calendering equipment in the international market.
The new rubber four-roll calendering machine set features a self-developed hydraulic servo distance adjustment system, which improves the overall precision of the equipment by more than 15% and reduces the startup adaptation time by nearly 70%, greatly enhancing production response speed and material utilization. Its user-friendly operating interface and modular maintenance design fully align with the core demands of modern factories for high flexibility and high automation in production, providing strong equipment support for the conveyor belt industry to respond to the trends of diversification and high performance in the market.

Behind these outstanding performances lie multiple breakthroughs in key technologies by the R&D team. The "unmanned automatic coiling" technology enables automatic positioning and loading/unloading of rolls without human intervention throughout the process, while solving the problem of coiling large-diameter wide rolls, significantly reducing labor costs and enhancing production continuity. The "automatic cutting device" technology innovatively achieves online lateral automatic cutting of wide and thick films, providing crucial support for the automated flow of the production line. The "constant tension forming wide layered belt" technology successfully replaces the traditional process of forming machines, not only significantly improving production efficiency but also fundamentally enhancing the product quality of the layered belt.

In terms of human-computer interaction, the fully upgraded "HMI Dynamic Display Interface" not only accurately displays the operating status of the unit in real-time but also directly presents graphical representations of equipment fault points, making fault diagnosis quick and precise. The picture-in-picture operation mode significantly enhances the operating experience with its convenience, flexibility, and intuitiveness. The "Multi-Process Recipe Management System" allows for the flexible creation of various production process recipes, such as adhesive, pure film, and core-covered adhesive, and features a one-click switching function to meet diverse customer production needs.
Since the beginning of this year, Daxiang Plastic Company has delivered six new calendering units to global customers. Among them, the double three-roller calender utilizes a continuous rubber coating process for the first time, significantly improving the production efficiency of tire fabric while ensuring the bonding strength between the rubber material and the skeleton material. The new tire calender features a new theoretical design that allows for the processing of tire fabric thinner than 0.30mm, achieving high-precision calendering of ultra-thin products, which meets the processing requirements for high-quality bicycle tires and reaches an internationally advanced level. For the first time, a three-roller calender has been produced for overseas high-end customers, capable of processing high-hardness rubber with a Mooney viscosity of 125ML1+4@100℃, and the curling device has been made multifunctional, saving over 4 meters of installation space. With these new processes and technological advantages, these newly developed high-precision, high-stability, and energy-efficient calendering products have been well received in the international market and have become the preferred brand for industry upgrades and replacements.
